By purchasing a subscription ("Premium") on WhatEat, you are acquiring a License of Use for strictly digital content (software and access to databases).
1. No refunds
Due to the nature of the digital product (the supply of which begins immediately upon payment), no refunds or returns are offered once the charge is made, in accordance with current legislation on digital goods and consumer protection.
2. Free cancellation
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time and without any commitment through the Customer Portal managed by Lemon Squeezy.
3. Effect of cancellation
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the Premium features of the application until the end of the period you have already paid for (monthly or annual). Once that period ends, your account will automatically return to the free plan and you will not be charged again.
