Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Subscription Management & Cancellation

Users may cancel subscription renewals at any time without penalty via the Polar Customer Portal or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals while preserving Premium access until the end of the paid billing period.

3.2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA & UK)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and national consumer laws, statutory withdrawal rights for digital content or services delivered immediately may be waived once service execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal, upon provision of required contractual confirmation.

3.3. Refund Handling

Legitimate refund requests (such as unresolved critical technical failures or verified billing errors) are assessed and processed in accordance with Polar Software, Inc. terms and mandatory statutory consumer protection laws. Requests can be initiated through Polar or by emailing app@whateat.es with the subject "Refund Request".
